Keith Lowey, CPA
Keith joined the firm as a Principal in 1990. His responsibilities are business development; accounting and consulting services; business advisory services; and bankruptcy matters including: taxation and accounting, valuation and insolvency, search for preference and fraudulent transactions, records reconstruction and expert witness services. He has been employed as an accountant for Chapter 7 and 11 Trustees, Examiners, Debtors and Creditors' Committees; Examiner; and has testified as an expert witness in hundreds of cases. Keith has been in public and private practice in the accounting field for 24 years.

Craig Jalbert, CIRA
Craig has been a Principal of the firm (and its predecessors) for 20 years with primary responsibility for the completion of all tax and bankruptcy engagements. His duties are business development; accounting and consulting services; business advisory services; bankruptcy matters including: taxation and accounting; valuation and insolvency; search for preference and fraudulent transactions; and expert witness, and records reconstruction. He has been employed as an accountant for Chapter 7 and 11 Trustees, and has been retained as a Liquidating Supervisor and a Liquidating Agent.

R. Glen Wehrwein, MSA, MBA, CPA, CVA
Glen brings 32 years of experience to the firm, which he joined as a Principal in 1995. His responsibilities include tax planning and business advisory services to closely-held businesses, principal in charge of compilation and review of financial statements of closely-held businesses, bankruptcy support including business valuation and insolvency analyses, records reconstruction, and expert witness services on valuation issues.

Susan Pacheco, MBA, MST, CPA
As Director of the firm's Tax Department, Susan supervises our tax department and has overall responsibility for all tax staff. Her duties include compliance, research, and planning, as well as reviewing tax returns. In her 23 years of experience, she's worked in taxation with private companies and public accounting firms.

Nancy Gregory, MBA
With thirteen years of experience in bankruptcy, Nancy is the firm's Director of Bankruptcy Services. Her current duties include evaluating insolvency of companies across varied industries; investigating financial and operating condition of various distressed companies outlining scope of managerial and financial deficiencies; assessing operational feasibility of entities in Chapter 11; and overseeing wind-down and liquidation of publicly-traded and privately-held companies.

Julia Hassett
Julia has been the firm's Manager of Campaign Finance Services since 1993. She supervises our accounting and consulting services to politicians and political action committees in the areas of campaign finance and organization, on both the state and federal levels. She also supervises personal financial management for high net worth individuals.

Donald Swanson, MBA, CIRA
Donald brings 25 years of experience to the firm, which he joined in 2000 as a Manager. Matthew Flynn, CPA
As Staff Accountant, Matthew brings eight years of experience in accounting services to the firm. He is currently engaged in numerous bankruptcy cases, where he routinely performs the following: records removal, preference and avoidance analyses, fraud investigations, preparation of Debtors' schedules, SOFAs, MORs and claims analyses.

Gale Reid
Gale brings 28 years of experience in bookkeeping. Her current duties as Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer include individual tax return preparation and review, payroll and payroll reporting, weekly bill paying and monthly reconciliation for a number of our high net worth clients. Gale also prepares and reconciles bankruptcy creditor distributions for various bankruptcy trustees.

Penny Bley
From various accounting positions from clerk to staff accountant, Penny brings twenty years of experience to the firm. Her duties as Computer Analyst & Forensic Bookkeeper include database creation and analysis services, installation and setup of computer programming, and program troubleshooting.

Matthew Felton, MCSA, EnCE, MCTS
Matthew's duties involve handling e-discovery, computer forensic, and data recovery related cases. He also assists in IT consulting as well as network and systems administration. He is currently certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist : Vista, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+ Professional, and a CompTIA Network+ Professional.
